Casa Kala (antes se llamaba Casa Surf)

Casas Kala is a house divided in two independent apartments. Casa Vela is upstairs and Casa Kala below.

This accommodation is 10 mins walk from Casas Karen

The living room has a lot of light with a sliding patio door which gives onto a small and delightful walled garden, with solar lights for the evening. There is a wood burning stove with a glass door for cosy evenings in the winter.

On the same floor is a double bedroom with a large built in cupboard and a bathroom with a modern rectangular shower.

A wooden table and chairs sit under the entrance porch. Perfect for candlelit evenings any time of the year. There is a back garden with garden furniture to enjoy the sun or an evening aperitif. Both gardens have been created as dry gardens to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

The entrance gates are communal with Casa Vela, which is accessed by an outside staircase. * Casa Vela can be rented together with Casa Kala.

All windows have mosquito screens and double glazing.

The apartments are situated off the main Caños road about 300 metres from the beach which is very popular with surfers.

Surroundings

Casas Kala hasn´t garden around.

There are other houses, bars and restaurants very closer.

In winter time it´s very quiet and in summer time the area is usually noisier.

How to get to Casa Kala

Calle Marisucia 8, 11159 Los Caños de Meca

After you have passed the turn off to Faro de Trafalgar (Trafalgar lighthouse) on the right on the main road through Caños de Meca, carry on another 650 metres, passing “Autoservicio La Blanca” turn to the left into Calle Marisucia, on the corner of La Blanca building” ( this turning is just before the Urbanization Playa del Estrecho).

About 300m on the left you will see tiles saying ”KALA” Nº 8. Enter to the left via the small street without exit.

Parking

You can leave your car on the right hand side in front of the gate of the entrance to Casas Kala ( Casa Vela and Casa Kala). Please leave space.

Neighboring house use the left hand side in small street without exit.
