Casa Vela is part of Casas Kala. (Not a part of Casas Karen)

Casas Kala is a house divided in two independent apartments . Casa Vela is upstairs and Casa Kala below.

Three minutes walk from the beach and the bus stop.

This accommodation is 10 mins walk from Casas Karen

It is accessed by a staircase next to the gate. When you get to the top you have an impressive view of the pine forest of the Natural Park and over the rooftops to the sea.

The living room has an open plan kitchen from where you have a wonderful view of the wood and pine trees. At the other end of the living room are patio doors leading onto the large terrace. This has a table and chairs for dining outside and a whicker settee with two chairs armchairs for relaxing in and enjoying the sunset.

There is a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is a large bathroom with a modern rectangular shower and washing machine. From the bathroom window one can also see the beautiful Natural Park.

The entrance gates are communal with Casa Kala.
All windows have mosquito screens and double glazing.

The apartments are situated off the main Caños road about 300 metres from the beach which is very popular with surfers.

Casa Vela is the apartment above Casa Kala.

Surroundings

There the Casa Kala below and there are other houses around.

There are shops, bars and restaurants just a few mins walk away.

In winter time it´s very quiet and in summer time the area can be more noisy.

How to get to Casa Vela

Calle Marisucia 8, Los Caños de Meca, (Municipality of Barbate) Cádiz, Spain

After you have passed the turn off to Faro de Trafalgar (Trafalgar lighthouse) on the right on the main road through Caños de Meca, carry on another 650 metres, passing “Autoservicio La Marea” turn to the left into Calle Marisucia, on the corner of La Blanca Building” ( this turning is just before the Urbanization Playa del Estrecho).

About 300m on the left you will see tiles saying ”KALA” Nº 8. Enter to the left via the small street without exit.

Parking

You can leave your car on the right hand side in front of the gate of the entrance to Casas Kala ( Casa Vela and Casa Kala). Please leave space.

Neighboring house use the left hand side in small street without exit.
